PRICE ADJUSTMENT UK/ HOLLAND LINER SERVICE FROM NOVEMER THE 15TH 2008

The last three years we, Eimskip-CTG, have renewed our fleet of vessels with both newbuildings and chartered modern tonnage. In the UK/Holland Liner Service we are now operating three vessels:  M/V Svartfoss, M/V Storfoss and M/V Langfoss. These vessels are modern newbuildings which are doing a fantastic service both for us and for our clients: you.

For several years the basic sea freight of our UK/Holland Liner Service has remained unchanged, while at the same time we have had a significant increase in costs due to the economical developments in the world in general.
Due to the above facts we have found it necessary to adjust our basic sea freight rates.

We, Eimskip-CTG, hereby inform all our clients of a 7% increase of all sea freight from 15.11.2008

We hope for your understanding of these actions and for continuous good cooperation. Any questions regarding this rate increase are to be directed to our Shipping Department.
